How Do I Track My Order?

Go to Track My Order page and type you order number

How Can I Return a Product?

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
Return method
Refund method that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account, Mpesa number, etc.)
Return form returned with the product
Should there be any item damaged due to our transportation, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for claim purposes. Remember to send back all items including the free promotional items that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will not be accepted.
Once your product is retrieved we will perform a quality check.
If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method. This will happen within 10 days starting from when your return request was submitted.
Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.

Q. If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

A. At the moment, http://telecommunicationtoday.com does not offer replacement or exchange of an item; however you can still return an item and receive a full refund.

Q. Can I have a refund if I change my mind?
A. Yes you can! We are more than happy to refund you within a 14 day refund period including your return postage.

Q. What will I receive with the phones?
A. Since our phones are new, you will receive all accessories as per from the manufacturer depending on the phone type.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. All orders before 2pm will be despatched the same day.

Q. What does your warranty cover?A. Our warranty covers any fault which is related to a manufacturer fault, such as a signal, earpiece, and microphone or software issue. It does not cover physical damage to the LCD or water damage. Q. Can i have a discount if i buy 5?A. Yes, if you would like to purchase more than 5 products, we can offer you a discount. Simply email info@telecommunicationtoday.com and we will see what we can do. Q. Can i collect the orders myself?A. Unfortunately, we are an online company so all orders will be delivered. Q.
